Over the years we have worked closely with property management companies and realtors in getting their homes ready for sale or rent. We have also partnered with several house cleaning and maid service companies as well as several handymen that also work throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The majority of our work has been acquired primarily via word-of-mouth. For us a recommendation from a client is the best review we can ask for and it is something we always work to obtain. PRICES
Carpet Cleaning
Full Service................$200.00
The Full Service includes brushing, spot treatment, and hot water extractions. All chemicals and solutions are included. Covers up to 8 rooms.
Standard Service......$150.00
The standard service includes chemicals and solutions. We agitate the carpet and treat it appropriate to the carpet's need. The standard service covers the majority of needs for residential homes. It covers up to 6 areas.
Four Rooms..............$100.00
The Four Room service is practical for many homes. It includes all chemicals and solutions, with spot treatments priced depending on request. This service covers up to 4 areas.
Minimum Service.....$80.00
The Minimum Service covers traffic lanes in your home. It includes solution and hot water extraction. This is the best service available to maintain your carpet. It also covers up to three rooms.
Upholstery
We charge an $80.00 minimum for our services in general. This minimum can be covered if carpets are also cleaned. Typically chairs and seats are charged at a rate of $5.00 each, couches typically average $40.00 although prices vary depending on size. If interested in upholstery cleaning please call for an estimate.
Tile & Grout
Tile & Grout cleaning is charged by the square foot. In general we will clean floors at $0.60 per square foot. However the price of grout and tile cleaning varies depending on the condition of the floor. We have a $100.00 minimum with the grout cleaning which can be covered if paired with upholstery or carpet services.

We begin your cleaning with a thorough vacuuming that picks up any loose dirt then we rake the fibers to agitate the dirt, preparing them for hot water extraction.

After applying a solution on to the carpet it is scrubbed and finally the carpet fibers are rinsed with hot water and a strong vacuum pulls out the moisture leaving behind a clean carpet!

The same principles as our carpet cleaning is applied to cleaning your upholstery. We first vacuum the fabric, in this case a microfiber chair. Then we apply the solution and agitate lightly with a fine brush. Finally we use hot water to rinse out the dirty residue. We also go over upholstery twice with our high powered vacuum to insure no dirty water remains underneath the upholstery.

Tile & Grout
When we clean your floors we first go over the tile with an initial rinse. Our vacuum pulls up the loose grime out of your house and into our recovery tank. We then apply a solution onto the tile, the solution varies in strength depending on the condition of the tile and grout. After allowing it to further loosen soils, and possibly a needed brushing, we go over the tile with a hot water rinse that complete the job.
